Spacious holiday house
A comfortable and practical house centrally located in Ars en Re, everything is in walking distance. The house is well equipped and would easily accommodate 4 people. Slight shame that bedrooms look out on parking area. Ars is a lovely village with shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants and it’s a great base for exploring the island. We hired bikes and spent a very happy week cycling to lovely beaches, spotting birds and eating oysters! Wyatt our contact was friendly, helpful and responsive.

Very good small rental - absolutely to recommend
Stayed a week in July 2023. The rental is located in a quiet area at the border of the beautiful small town of Ars-en-Re very close to the town center, church, harbor and market. It has all the amenities needed for a family stay. The host is very friendly. Very good value for money.

Erholung pur
Objekt liegt genial: Am Rand des Ortskerns in ruhiger Lage und keine 2 Minuten um mit dem Hund in Feld/Weinberge zu gelangen. Fußläufig ist sowohl der Marché/der Hafen als auch der Platz an der Kirche in ebenfalls 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten. Sehr ruhig gelegen durch Sackgasse. Allerdings kann ein Parkplatz in der Nähe der Unterkunft in der Hochsaison ein Problem darstellen. Das dürfte aber für die ganze Insel gelten, wenn kein separater Parkplatz zur Unterkunft gehört. Das Haus selbst war gemütlich, sauber, ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Übergabe durch Hr. Maynard verlief termingenau und reibungslos. Sein eigenes Lokal "jardin du marché" kann ich nur empfehlen!

Gîte très agréable et fonctionnel. On s'y sent très bien, le top. Emplacement parfait et très calme. Petit bémol, le petit local poubelle sous la fenêtre d'une chambre donc odeurs désagréables et accueil très rapide. Nous avons passé un excellent weekend !!

Marina a été flexible dans nos heures d’arrivée, nous avons eu une panne de voiture en arrivant sur l’île .. La maison est très bien rien ne manque . Notre séjour a été super , la situation est parfaite pour visiter l’île en vélo . Marché à côté tous les matins ! Nous reviendrons sans problème !

Jolie maison bien décorée, en face d'une maison en construction, au calme dans une impasse, séjour et terrasse couverte au sud. bon accueil de la conciergerie. location de vélos, commerces, port et bourg à 400m Seule la douche manque d'un bon décrassage (je l'ai signalé) emplacement idéal pour faire les 2 parties de l'ile avec de vraies pistes cyclables dans les salins, les forets, les vignes !!

Le bungalow est vraiment TOP. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. De plus le.mztin vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner au soleil sur la terrasse couverte. C'est un endroit hyper calme. Le bungalow est situé dans une venelle ou ne se trouve qu'un autre logement (fond de la venelle) et les deux studios du propriétaire du bungalow. Il est à 3 min à pied du marché et a 5 min en vélo d'un supermarché. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Nous y reviendrons avec Grand Plaisir.

Nous avons passons 2 semaines dans ce gîte. Il est très bien situé dans Ars tout en étant au calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la grande pièce à vivre et la terrasse. Nous y reviendrons très certainement.

Bon emplacement mais accueil très décevant
Bon emplacement car très proche du centre . Maison spacieuse et bien équipée. Mais accueil très médiocre, literie de très mauvaise qualité et surtout maison pas du tout nettoyée, pleine de toiles d araignées, linge de lit sale (couette, oreillers, alèses). Les chambres donnent sur les poubelles. Vu le prix de la location et par temps de COVID c est inacceptable. Aucune considération pour les locataires que l on fait payer au prix fort. Très décevant, digne de la cote d azur.
