"Wir haben 5 Tage in den Tiny House Fichtelraum vebracht und es war ein Traum. Wir lieben die Region und waren nun zum 3. Mal dort. Das Haus war sauber und alles war so wie angegeben bzw. Abgebildet. Das Einchecken verlief unkompliziert und der Vermieter war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Es war alles benötigte vorhanden und es ist alles durchdacht. In der Umgebung sind Fußläufig mehrere Supermärkte erreichbar und Gaststätten sowie Wanderungen sind schnell mit dem Auto erreicht. Wir kommen...

"Wir haben dieses schöne Ferienhaus für ein paar Tage Wanderurlaub mit unseren 2 Hunden gebucht. Leider hatten wir nur 3 Tage Zeit. Aber wir kommen wieder, ganz sicher!!! 😃"

"We really enjoyed our week at this home, it was perfect for our family of 8. And the hosts really have gone to great lengths to ensure that everything a family, especially with very young children, is a part of the home. We loved the hiking in the immediate area, visiting Bayreuth, and hiking around the Waldnaabtal area. Our children loved playing in the garden, and picking fruit from the apple trees. It was a perfect week for us!"

"Das Ferienhaus ist soweit in Ordnung ! Ausstattung : Kein Backofen oder Mikrowelle ! Vorhanden waren , Kaffeemaschine , Toaster und Wasserkocher ! Unzureichende Abstellmöglichkeit ! Wasserkocher u. Kaffeemaschine standen auf der Kochzeile zu wenig Steckdosen . Abstellmöglichkeit / Steckdosen könnte hinter der Sitzecke zum Fenster geschaffen werden ! Der TV könnte an die Wand zwischen Eingangstür u. Schlafzimmertür montiert werden ! Ein WLAN - Repeater ist von Nöten ! Schlechter Empfang "

Die Wohnung ist wirklich hübsch und sauber - im 3.OG ohne Fahrstuhl -, und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war supernett. Sehr zu empfehlen 😊"

Das angenehme Wetter war dann der i-Punkt aufs Ganze !"

"In short: one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Worst of all is the customer service. There was only one person at reception who spoke poor English. All the rest of the staff speak only German, all information and signs are in German. When checking in, we did not receive any information about amenities, facilities, absolutely nothing. Also, everyone is EXTREMELY unfriendly, almost rude. Even if there is absolutely no prior information, when you arrive at the hotel they charge for...

"My husband and i were given a single room on the first floor overlooking the bar next door. It was noisy but we couldn't even close the window because the room (and i think the hotel in general) doesn't have A/C. For 4 star they advertised it's not acceptable However i assume it's common for the small town in Europe. The room had a standind fan. The hotel is old and outdated - need a serious refurbish. "
