I asked for extra bedding for the sofa bed, and when I came back, they not only delivered the bedding but they made the bed. That said this place was a little bit rough around the edges- the cookware in the kitchenette was comically shoddy past the very basics. I mean the big knife was literally bent at the end and the skillet was rusted through. They also have a pretty loose definition of housekeeping and the bathroom had a little bit of a smell. As a whole self catering apartment, it had far more space than a hotel room would have done, but also came with the advantage of still having a reception if needed and daily cleaning service. Location was awesome, right next to some lovely restaurants/bars and just a couple of minutes walk to the nearest tram/bus stop for easy access to the rest of the city. "Just what we wanted. Quiet location good night's sleep in comfy beds and no background noise. Bedrooms are at the back so you can't even hear the tram which is quiet anyway. We mostly walked into old town but tram stop 2mins and only 40kcr to station etc."
