"My stay at Ahoy Hostel was absolutely wonderful, mainly down to the incredible staff - shoutout to both Katie’s! The location was right in the heart of Prague which is super convenient. If you’re looking for somewhere to party you’re in the right place. There are daily parties going on with pre-drinks and the host will take you out on the town for a bar/club crawl which is class! Many thanks to all the lovely people there!"

"Do not expect comfort and luxury, this is a nuclear bunker that is very authentic. Expect a hard bed, sleeping bag and soft pillow. Showers are operated by a pull down (they are hot). It was a great experience and I was glad I did it."

"Really enjoyed my stay here. Only one thing I didn’t like and that was in the dorm bathroom there was a lot of black mould on the ceiling! Luckily there were other communal showers and bathrooms to use which were spotless (although the shower did smell of drains). My bunk was in a corner, so could only see one other bunk from my bed, didn’t feel like a 10 bunk dorm at all. The bed was comfortable and clean. It was a little noisy, I suspect this was from the open windows which other guests...

"Overall - a solid option. the issue is that reception is available 24:7 and that is unnerving to me. They say it’s because of COVID but we’re all passed this time, I think it’s to save money"

"I think it depends on what kind of stay you are looking for. This is a very small hostel, with all the rooms and bathrooms cramped together - so it was very noisy and not the most comfortable stay. However, it did seem to encourage social activity, so if you're looking for more of a party vibe, it might be suited for you. "

"Average hostel stay. About a 20 minute tram ride outside Prague's city center, but the tram stop is only a 2 min walk. Hostel itself isn't in the nicest location, and is a bit hard to find the first time around. Only sign is on the main door. Rooms are just fine, beds are comfortable and clean. Main kitchen and common area are well equipped, although my food did get taken out of the communal fridge. Check in and check out were easy. Would stay again!"

"The good: The staff were really helpful and friendly, the room was spacious with huge windows and the location was perfect. There were lots of period features such as the big wooden doors and windows. The lockers in the room were really big which was great too, and all the people I met there were great and I made many friends. Towels provided, and padlocks could be borrowed. "Nice hostel with friendly and helpful staff. The the roof top bar was perfect! A bit noicy from the tram outside, but I slept ok with ear plugs. I recommend this place."
