"I booked a room with this hotel for a family of seven who were so excited to go to Bearizona and see any kind of snow on the ground as well. They raved about the room and how much space there was and especially having three beds with that many people to accommodate was very much appreciated. An unexpected incident happened with the plumbing that created a situation where they had to leave the hotel for a majority of the second day booked. The hotel staff was so nice to them and fully refunded...
