I reserved Glo on Expedia.com the weekend, I was to attend and work a festival & then ended up stuck at this location during the catastrophe of Hurricane Helene, the staff there was excellent in providing guests what they could given the uncertainties. Yes, I would definitely stay at this hotel again without any hesitation.

We were staying at the Asheville GLO when Hurricane Helene hit. We lost electricity and water. Although I think the hotel should review and improve its preparation procedures (e.g. no lighting in stairways and no support for the front desk), I thought everyone made the best of the situation. In particular, we commend Thea who worked multiple shifts and managed as well as possible.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast was mediocre same thing everyday. Not walkable. You will need a car to get around. Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel decor was colorful and upbeat. The lobby and breakfast area were really delightful. The complimentary breakfast was good enough to draw us back next time we are in Asheville, NC. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was super clean. Also, there are no carpets which we liked. The room, a king single, was a little on the small side and an in-room microwave was not furnished.

Not a far drive from Asheville city center. Pretty pricey for being just a tad better from a normal Best Western. Was a very average hotel- not super fancy, but clean enough. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was a bit better than the usual continental because they had eggs, biscuits, gravy, and sausages. Could be pricey because of the area though!

Loved this hotel. It has a very interesting vibe. Rooms were huge, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and met our needs. We booked this hotel because we could walk to restaurants. Not the safest place to walk since streets in that area are not pedestrian-friendly but we managed. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was nicely refurbished and decorated in a cool aesthetic. It’s away from downtown so you have to drive to get there but that was nice because there wasn’t loud foot traffic. It’s all near lots of hiking.

Called twice ahead of time to ask if the pool is heated. I was told both times that it is. It isn’t. I planned to swim and couldn't, so that is my only complaint. The hotel is what you'd expect for the price point. Breakfast is good.

This hotel is wonderful. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was good and coffee/tea is available all day. Although it is on a busy street, it was quiet at night. We would stay there again.

Checked in expecting a king bed as was reserved. Went to front desk after got to my room with two queen beds, and was told they have been sold out of king rooms before I made my reservation. Either way, I spent a romantic night in separate beds. Hopefully don’t need to stay here two nights.
