"Olde worlde hotel with heritage, history, lots of wood and creaky floors. The treads on the stairs were worn and some were held together with gaffer tape. But don't let the common areas put you off. The room was really great. Money has been spent on modernising and it has been spent well. Very happy with the accommodation. If you decide to go to Morrisons for refreshment, ask the staff for directions and save yourself a mole detour! Staff pleasant and helpful. "
