"New build in Canary Wharf. Handy for shops and good transport links. Wished there was parking at the hotel, but it wasn’t too far away. Staff very warm and helpful. The only thing that could have been abit better was TV reception in the room really but we were hardly on the room. "

"The hotel was fine. European style. The room was very tiny with no room to move and put your bags and no chairs and the entire bed was on the wall so you only had one side of the bed to sit on. Also the bathroom didn’t have a door it was a sliding frosted glass panel that did not technically close. The outside noise level was abit high until about after 12. The hotel sits on a Main Street. Staff was friendly courteous and exceptionally nice. "

"Clean and nice hotel in a great location in London with many coffee shops and restaurants right on your door. The hotel room was spotless and in great and well looked after condition. I would happily stay again. Nice large rooms too"

"The air conditioning in my room was broken, and the windows did not open. I asked the receptionist for help and they refused to change my room “due to capacity” and offered me a small fan. Needless to say that was not enough to cool the room down. There was also a problem with my TV that kept switching itself off randomly. To compensate they offered a complimentary breakfast and late checkout. Good gesture but not enough to compensate a sleepless night. "

"There was some confusion about obtainng the door code on my first night so i had to make the decision to book the hotel up the road for the night. I finally got an email from the staff the morning after and i was able to get into the building. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was a bit cramped but i managed it. Other tennants were quiet so the only noise i had was the occaisonal police car going past the building. This place was a good value overall and i would stay...
