Frustrated and upset
The room granted was situated above the kitchen and dining room. Very poorly insulated. Impossible to sleep before 00h30 Loud noises all the time , bing bangs, people shouting and yelling, laughing out loud. Impossible to call reception to complain since they close at 9h pm. A constant sewer smell from the bathroom. The shower was inoperable and the bath does not drain.

The hotel was clean, friendly, unique and had a delicious affordable dinner. I would stay here again if I wanted to do a day trip to Assisi.

A park-like setting outside of Assisi
The hotel was very nice, a sort of oasis in a neighborhood setting. It was close to Assisi, but did not have the tourist traffic. The dinner was a bit less well-prepared than we expected, but it might be situational. The breakfast selection was fabulous with a selection of pastries, cakes, and tarts, as well as more standard fare.

Highly recommend this place!
Very enjoyable, great location between Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana. Within walking distance to both. Also don't miss Villa Adriana which is very close by. Hotel is cosy, comfortable and the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.

To be near Assisi
This hotel is lovely. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Close enough to Assisi if you have a vehicle or don't mind figuring out the bus. Our dinner at the hotel was truly top-notch. Plus the buffet at breakfast is quite abundant.

Although is oír of Assisi town, the hotel has an environment that invites You to stay and enjoy! The area out side the hotel is very spacious w a very nice swimming pool. Such amenity is not present in Assisi.

Hidden gem for visitors to Umbria
This hotel was beautiful. Should be at least a 4star. Only disappointment was the restaurant was closed on Monday and that was when we stayed. Would have been helpful if this had been on the hotel details. Apart from this all was perfect.

We were late: I mean, we finally showed up at 9:30 pm after informing the hotel we'd be there @8. No problem, Beatrice waited on us, she spoke to the kitchen about my wife's lactose and gluten issues and we had the best dinner in that part of Italy! Wonderful, entirely too much food, lovingly prepared, and all for 25 euro each. We loved it. Would stay there again anytime, kg

Beautiful Grounds
The hotel is as seen in pictures. The breakfast is good. The dinners offered were also very nice. Good service. The grounds are beautiful.My only advice is that if you are not in good shape get a ground floor room . There is no elevator.
