"Staff should be able to provide full staying details to each and every customer including parking process.. regardless of race.. no details was provided to me.. just my room key was handed to me and that was it. I had to figure the rest out by myself.. yet another customer who is in the race majority was catered to. "

"Stayed for two nights in the city. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was really good. Plenty of restaurants etc. around. I was disappointed that there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. I didn't check or even think to when booking so i dont hold against the hotel. The room we got was small and the ceilings were very high. It was kind of strange. Parking was kind of a pain but it is the city. We enjoyed the free coffee. Price was quite a bit better so i cant complain. "

Particularly outstanding were the staff, from the reception/concierge to the dining room staff to the cleaning staff, who were warm, welcoming and polite and embodied the essence of “the City of Brotherly Love”!"
