Excellent location. Close to everything, and the subway line is not far to get you everywhere else. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Will stay again.

There was an issue that someone made an extra key to one of our rooms & ENTERED when they “thought” we were away but a couple chose to stay behind and witnessed it. It was very disruptive to our comfort for this stay.

This property is conveniently located in the heart of Philadelphia. It is a nice place. The doors are locked after 10 pm which is good due to the amount of homeless/unhoused in the area. The unhoused were no bother. The parking is next door but not associated with the hotel. You can pay for your entire parking when you get there. It's a 1-minute walk back into the hotel. The famous Reading Terminal Market is across the street. Although it appears that it was recently updated, there are still several features from the 2010s. The flat-screen TVs are 1080p, have no way to connect your streaming services, and are oddly placed in the room. All of the bed mattresses felt like we were sleeping on the pull-out mattress with how thin and worn they were. The heater worked well and kept us warm during our stay in the heart of winter. The shower water pressure was fine and the temperature was good. The rooms usually have a full fridge but after moving three times we wound up in a room with a regular mini fridge. Not the best for a family of five. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The staff was helpful with the few issues we had. We never made it to the breakfast so I am not sure how it is but it is a nice feature for which we chose to stay there.

The room had an unpleasant odor reminiscent of cigarettes, and the washcloths provided had hair embedded in them. Additionally, the pull-out couch mattress cover displayed various off-putting stains.

i loved how you can literally walk anywhere when you stay here. and the reading terminal being right across the street was so convenient. there’s a trader joe’s super close by so me and my friend’s grocery shopped there to save us some money. the breakfast was good and they have coffee all day. the staff was super nice and told me and my friends everything we should do and told us all about the area. there’s also a 7/11 right by the hotel so we could walk there if we wanted a late night snack. super convenient and close to everywhere. good security and great staff. 10/10 would stay here again.
