"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. We had a complimentary room upgrade which was a lovely surprise as we visited for our wedding anniversary. Very clean and spacious room with a big comfy bed. Only 1 small negative - we wish the room had a fridge."

" Walton Hall is gorgeous and we thought we were staying in there but we were put in a different building so disappointed with that but our room was spotless and well appointed, very close to restaurant and bar. Food was great but most of the bar staff were new and need more training. They were friendly but extremely slow and didn’t have a lot of bartending knowledge. "

"Lovely hotel in Cheltenham with great access to shops, restaurants and bars. Good options for parking in the hotel with some on street options as well. Smaller boutique hotel with a lovely feel. Great restaurant and breakfast options. I will certainly be staying again. "
