"Showering is a challenge and you have to be careful you don’t wet your clothes as the shower room is small.There’s not a lot of heating but water is hot. Stairs are a challenge, they are steep and narrow. To use the loo at night is a challenge. It’s freezing and the light lasts a very short time. The air con wasn’t working in our dorm but they wouldn’t listen until after 5 days and then it wasn’t good."

They were very accommodating offering us a different room to pick from, calling us taxis, and providing us with towels as some examples. Was a little disappointed this time. had 2 rooms, and stayed over 2 weekends, due to flights Rooms were lovely, however, my daughters room has a terrible stagnant smell coming from the bathroom. Our return for second weekend, we both were given different room from the last stay and the small was in our bathroom. No milk in the rooms to accommodate the tea and coffee that was there.
