"I booked this place in JANUARY, I get to the hotel Friday and they can’t find me in their system, tell me they don’t use hotels.com. Haven’t used hotels.com for a while. Their boss said sorry we don’t have anything for you. Luckily it was a pay at the property deal and they didn’t get any money from us. Luckily we went down the street and found a room, attendant told us to be glad we didn’t stay there cause the place is bad news…….. "
