"I loved mostly everything, but, I feel fair-warning should be given about the surrounding areas, parking-wise, and walking safety. Once you're in the Westin, security and safety is guaranteed. But I recommend researching and planning your visit in advance to avoid scary, and shocking encounters. Location-wise, the Westin is close to alot of the city's main attractions. "You simply cannot beat the location of Reverb ATL Downtown. The sweeping views of the city and the proximity to the Mercedes Benz arena (and State Farm) are all great. The hotel itself is okay, but it is the people and the excellent customer service that'll have us returning again. That said, we'd like to extend a special thank you to all of our new friends: Candice, Jaleesa (spelling?), Ace, Mike, the DJ on Thursday night, and all of our new friends at the reception/reservation desk. "Had an excellent experience from the moment we got to the front desk. We had been notified earlier in the day that the room might not be ready at the 4pm checkin time but we arrived at 3:30 and the room was ready. Charming lobby and room and guests were provided with wine and cheese from 4:30-6pm along with a piano player and welcoming staff. "

"The hotel was beautifully decorated for Xmas and is unique in itself as the infrastructure was oringinal And they designed around it "

"We liked everything but the valet "only", off site parking, which wasn't mentioned in the hotel listing. The valet service was quick andthe personnel were pleasant. It was just the surprise of an unexpected cost and not knowing where to go if you needed something from the car. We would stay there again, because now we are aware of that added expense and inconvenience."

"After booking on the wrong day, I ended up having to get this hotel and it was wonderful. And the staff was wonderful from the valet to the front desk although they didn’t have room service we didn’t need it anyways, but if you’re looking for that, I wouldn’t book this hotel but they do accommodate you with the downstairs bar. You can get it to go it was great."
