"Convenient location to downtown."

"Loved the accommodations but almost didn't get in. There were no instructions regarding check in. There was no office and no phone communications available. I didn't have any information about how to get keys and find out where my unit was located. Had the flag down another guest who told me about going into a unmanned guard house to get an envelope with instructions and a key. Without her info, I wouldn't have had any way of checking in. I tried calling the company but got a message that said...

"Location was perfect since we had a family member at Piedmont Hospital. Since there was a snow & ice storm we needed to be close by. Finding everything initially was a bit confusing. The unit was everything we needed. Living room furniture not super comfy, but we were hardly there. The fees and taxes pretty much doubled the price of the room from the starting price, but still not a bad price for what you get. "

"Property is in desperate need of updates. The kitchen cabinets were falling apart, the can opener was rusty and rust got in the food. Other than the needed updates, it was very comfortable and the views were amazing! We watched ships from the deck."
