"Die Wohnung an sich war gut. Das Problem war die Kommunikation. Es kam keine Antwort über das Fewo-Direkt-Portal auf die Nachfrage zum Checkin-Prozedere. Beim Telefonanruf am Tag vor der Anreise hieß es, die Wohnung sei vergeben, wir können nicht anreisen. Die Nachfrage bei Fewo-Direkt ergab dann später doch eine Verfügbarkeit.
