Really nice property/ boutique hotel. Amazing garden and overall ambience. Guys working at the gate are fantastic. Other staff could benefit from additional training in customer service.

Nice hotel BUT
1- we are a two shower a day family so im accustomed to request a few extra sets of towels so i dont have to wait for towels in the morning. Cant do that here , at DiVinci they literally count each towel and only replace the soiled towel. This was frustrating for me.
2we had Air conditioning issues for 2 days out of our 5 night stay. . We had a two bedroom suite that was comfortable.
