Hotel looks like it needs a serious remodeling. The ceilings are old and flaking, there are holes at the bottoms of the walls where old wiring probably used to feed through, and the furniture looks old and worn. The ceilings were leaking rain on some of the days where it was really coming down outside. The staff were rude at certain points, once giving us a terse response to a question for more towels ("We're not a full-service hotel. If you want more towels, come down to the reception desk and get more") and then hanging up. The walls for the rooms are paper thin (we heard other guests in their rooms late at night) and then at one point, another guest was yelling on his phone and walking up and down the hallway on our floor at 8am for half an hour before we called reception and asked them to do something about it.

Key reader on door was broke and maintenance man was gone for the day. They gave me another room and I walked in and it was already occupied by a guy undressing. No other rooms available and had to go to a different hotel.

The location is quite convenient, but the service staff could be more welcoming. Furthermore, the room is very noisy due to the AC unit and outside traffic.

Overall, my stay at your hotel was very pleasant, and I appreciate the hospitality provided. However, I would like to share a couple of concerns I encountered during my visit: I was unable to access the back door near the handicap parking area. When I inquired at the reception, I was informed that it was not functioning, which was inconvenient. I was also denied an extra blanket when I requested one to cover my kids, which I found surprising. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to staying with you again.
