We were a bit upset because the pool was not available and we called the day before to inquire about it and was told it was available. We spoke with front desk and they were rude, then we spoke to the manager and supervisor who offered a feee stay to accommodate due to the fact that we went to this site for the indoor pool for my birthday weekend

For it to be a resort it was very outdated and everything inside of it closed to early from the pools to the dining. You have to pay for parking as well which was ridiculous.

The receptionist was very kind and attentive to my needs. My room was average the TV is blurry it's supposed to be two sliding doors and it's only one on my closet and the jacuzzi water was murky. On a positive side the room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Housekeeping responded to our need of extra towels very quickly. The staff is nice to make you overlook the downfalls

There was blood on the headboard. There was semen on the TV. The tub had terrible drainage. The water was backing upbon mu ankles when I was taking a shower. This place is a 1 star peruid.The elevators suck.
