The only reason I gave a 3 rating for property condition is that they are in the middle of renovations & therefore it's a bit of a mess but it is was a great place to stay & we will definitely do so again. Also a shout-out to Up cafe in the Sebel it was wonderful 👍 would definitely recommend 👍

We had a spacious apt, perfect for 3 adults and 2 children, and the kitchen was adequate. Really friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is being renovated - but that did not cause us any inconvenience at all

My family enjoyed our stay in the spacious unit. The views of the Pacific Ocean and Auckland port was great. I would have given 5 stars, however both bathrooms had tiles with mildew, the fabric dining chairs had stains and carpet looked weathered. For the nightly rate of the room, I expected better room conditions. The room was outdated. Aside from this, we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was perfect for me. It has a great location and the accommodations were more than i needed - just the way i like it! I especially enjoyed the spacious balcony overlooking the harbor. The washer and dryer in my apartment was so convenient, too.

Our room was nice and clean, but very tired and dated and could do with a spruce up. The shower pressure was terrible. The customer service was good.
