We really enjoyed this lovely, well‑maintained house and hotel. The host and staff were very friendly and a pleasure to communicate with. We stayed one night in the Fitzgerald room, and the entire house was quiet. I had a great night’s sleep on the firm and comfortable sofa bed. The breakfast prepared for us by the lady staff was delicious.

It was a wonderful stay! Perfect balance between the privacy of a vacation rental and the service and community of a hosted bed-and-breakfast. The property is so nice and is conveniently located in my favorite part of Austin (Clarksville) . We didn’t even have to use our car! There are great eateries and restaurants within walking distance. Sherry and Bryan were gracious hosts and have put a lot of love into the property. We will definitely be back!

Truly a hidden gem. Wonderful property, great host, relaxing and romantic. Great location next to Pease Park and close to the action of downtown Austin if that’s what you wish but you won’t want to leave this silent and tranquil piece of the city. Would stay here again!

Not only was this historic property beautiful, quiet and well cared for, the hosts are some of the most lovely people we have had the pleasure of meeting. We highly recommend this property. The hosts were the best part of staying at Brava house. The property itself was easy to find and beautifully maintained. There has been a lot of love put into this place and it shows. Between Brava, a hotel, or an airbnb I would pick Brava House. Hands down one of best weekend get aways my wife and I have had.I am looking for reasons to come to Austin and stay here again.
