"We were informed that the lift wasn’t working and because we booked via Expedia so they were unable to contact me to inform earlier. It’s totally not true as I did received their email to ask me to pay deposit in advance. So we have 2 options on spot: carry our luggage up ourselves to third floor or cancel the booking and find alternative around the area. Well, we decided to do some workout to carry the luggage’s up.
