"The hotel location is good. Near all the amenities and just near the tube station. It located in the centre of the shopping malls as well as the St Stephen Cathedral. It’s quite clean and tidy. The only minor point is that the floor is wooden made, which means it may have some noise if someone is running or walking around during night. "

"Staff were great, especially the concierge who helped us sort out our trains to Budapest. Only negative was check-in. We had prepaid for an expensive room only to be told when we checked in that the room was not available. The front desk tried to upsell us to a room that was $100 plus higher a day than the room we paid for. We politely refused and said we wanted the room we paid for - and magically the room became available. Our superior room supposedly had a balcony with a view, more like a...

"Great hotel in the centre of Vienna just a couple of minutes walking distance away from the Opera, main shopping area and other atractions like the Hofburg. Very nice restaurant and bar with a lot of food and drink options. The spa is ok including an indoor pool and jackuzzy but the water temperature of the pool was to cold."
