"We ran out of toilet paper, called the number and they sent me to a storage where there was no toilet paper. I asked for a solution and was told that there is nothing to do. This is unacceptable. There are many solutions. I asked if they could open a vacant room for me to take toilet paper from there. They said no. "Absolutely amazing apartment in a fabulous location just a short walk to the station old town and everywhere else we wanted to visit.
