Here are some highlights from my stay: Reception Staff The reception staff truly made my stay memorable. They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warm smiles and provided all the information I needed to make my stay comfortable. They went above and beyond to assist with any inquiries, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. Cleanliness The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. My room was spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel right at home. The housekeeping staff deserves a special mention for their attention to detail, ensuring that everything was fresh and tidy. It was evident that cleanliness is a top priority at MOOONS Hotel. Absolutely amazing room. Stayed in top floor room with gorgeous view of Vienna. The whole building was super clean and the staff at check in were amazing. Helped me with a map, places to eat, methods of travel, etc etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Good location right across from the main train station and a grocery store for room snacks and needs. Staff was kind however unfortunately a couple of items in our room needed attention like the shower backing up and the towel warmer not working. After mentioning to staff were fixed. Cute little bar area with a coffee shop and drinks. We booked the suite and the view and windows were AMAZING. Highly recommend the extra few dollars for this room.

Great location being so close to the station, and only a 30 minute walk into the centre of Vienna. Staff were helpful and breakfast was a lovely start to the day. The only downside was that the rooms were way too warm, and the air con didn't seem to work. Goodness knows what the summer is like, as we stayed in October and the room was way too warm.

Convenient location across Vienna HBF and walkable to underground station too. Room was ready when we reached in the morning and staff kindly allowed us to check in early. Standard amenities provided including one bottle of water per day. Didn’t have their breakfast. Overall a good stay.

The staff were very professional and friendly. The two issues that could have made the room better were that advertising a chair in the room, there were none. This would have been great to sit in after a big day of walking in the city, and the room was so hot, we could not get it below 25 or 26 degrees C°. But after a couple of days they did move us to a room with a window that opened and that really made a world of difference. But yes, I would go back when in town again.

Lovely, modern and stylish hotel, offering value for money. Comfortable bed, great shower, Rituals toiletries and everything we wanted in our room. We had a surprise welcome drink on arrival and enjoyed the ambience of the bar / restaurant area. Breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Exceptionally convenient for public transport links and not too far to walk to city centre attractions if you have comfortable shoes. Staff were welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable and stylish place to stay for a city break in Vienna without breaking the bank.

Really loved the concept and how much attention to detail there is to ensure everything is in keeping with the theme. The staff were wonderful and always happy to help. The rooms were clean i prefered the garden view as it was quieter side and more privacy. Its very convenient location.

Lovely hotel. 2 mins walk to the main train station and a short taxi or underground ride to the city centre.Very friendly, relaxed staff, rooms are well-proportioned with v. comfortable beds. Welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch and even though we were a little unsure about the vegetarian breakfast on offer it was excellent.
