"I was a delight to stay here. A very large hotel but so efficiently run. Nothing is any trouble to the staff and they have you sorted before you even know you need sorting. The roof top bar was an amazing bonus. Madrid before your eyes. Only negative was we couldn’t lower the room temperature no matter what we tried. It may have been a seasonal thing. I would definitely stay again."
