Marina, Ana and Alba were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. They also provided advice and were very kind and helpful to me and my family. Best hotel in Madrid "

"Excellent hotel. Lovely rooms and great customer service. So convenient for the metro. Only 50yards away. One downside was the pool and spa were closed during our visit and we were not informed of this prior to arriving. This was one of the reasons we booked this hotel so it was quite disappointing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very enjoyable stay "

A la salida del hotel tienes muchas opciones de restaurantes para comer y la estación del metro o camión no está muy lejos. Ahora, si lo tuyo es caminar, el palacio real y el museo del prado están a unos 12 minutos caminando."
