"Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc."

"For anybody thinking that this will be a 'charming' rustic experience - please reconsider! We were unable to stay here - the place was musty and dark with poor cooking facilities and a layout that didnt work for us - the terrace was unusable due to mosquitoes and we couldnt open windows to air it out for same reason. We are used to camping and would prefer a tent to this accommodation. At 200 Euros a night it is hardly BUDGET - and fell well below our expectations. We didnt even last 15 minutes...

"The stay at this apartment was very nice. Meeting Jose was helpful with information and the location is in old town which is also nice and charming. All the amenities were there and Jose shared with us all the places to go and being a great host. Everything was explained and he was nice. Location is ideal - everything in walking distance!"

The perfectly clean house provides everything we needed during 9 days for a comfortable stay, especially as we prepared our own meals. "This is a lovely boutique hotel. Friendly helpful staff and readily accessible to both, the old city and the newer city. Best of all, it was a 5 minute walk across a bridge from the our arrival train station. Note: for those with sensitive skin like me, I put a t-shirt over my pillow to stop the reaction from the scented detergent/dryer chemicals."

The bathroom with rain shower is a delight and separate WC is ideal. The king bed was very comfortable. The location is ideal, as located close to public transport, walkable to nearly everything, and on the river Nervion. Behind the hotel is Abando with the museums and across the bridge is Casco Viejo (old town). A wonderful location. "

"Very nice room. It was spacious with plenty of room to unpack and not feel cramped. It was a suite (Room 225) with a sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. It was perfect for our stay of a couple days. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The hotel had everything that we could have wanted. We arrived rather early and we were lucky enough to be able to check in right away. This was amazing after a long day of travel to get to Bilboa. Friendly staff, spacious room and great service. We found it very easy to walk throughout the city to the attractions so the location was great as well. I would happily stay again. "
