"リーニューある語ということで館内が明るくきれいなのはよかったが部屋のドアがスムーズに開閉できず鍵も使いにくかったのが不便だった。 スタッフの皆さんの対応はフロントやレストラン（洗い場の方を含め）明るく親切でよかった。 肝心の温泉については源泉かけ流しでないのは仕方がないとしても朝方の風呂で湯船に湯が流れていない？（夜中にたまったまま状態？）なのは寂しい気がしてとても残念に感じた。"

"Our family of 3 had a wonderful 2 nights stay here. We book a Japanese room with private onsen and it was fantastic! Futon was really comfortable too with bean pillows that provided good head support. All the staffs were friendly and welcoming, especially with my 21 months old daughter. Breakfast and dinner was one of the best we have had among all the Ryokans we have stayed in Japan so far. "The people is extremely warm and welcoming, including reception and the lady serving us from check in to dining. The young lady can speak english, we have a great time there. We use the public onsen before dinner so there are not much people. The private onsen in the room also great, but will be a bit small if two people bath together. Will definitely recommend this place to people who want to experience Japanese traditional onsen culture and dining. "
