Our second time staying here. First time was on 4 Mar 2015.This time was on 29 Oct 2024, all with 3 people staying for 7 nights. Last time, we stayed at South Wing , so we preferred Main Tower while booking. We received a confirmation email saying that our request has been updated. The new itinerary was # 72774811070234.
We checked in at 3:00 pm but we received a room at South Wing. Thank you for the reception front desk staff and the manager helping to change. That’s an excellent customer service. They also arranged housekeeping to set up a third bed for us later. That’s a perfect arrangement. We enjoyed all the nights there and I’d highly recommended Keio Plaza Hotel to anyone. We’ll come back when we visit Japan again.

One yr old and very convenient. U can walk to Tsukiji and Ginza as well… hotel in good condition, however, room is small. Overall, we love it.
