"Was an enjoyable stay. Property is divided into a beachfront area with pools and restaurants and the actual lodging area on the other side of the road. There’s a pedestrian tunnel that goes under the road. Our lodgings were a decent walk from the beachfront. Would have been a little difficult for anyone with mobility issues. They provide a shuttle service but that can be unreliable at certain times of the day though. Overall would still recommend though. Family enjoyed the beach a lot. "

"This resort was a dream! The staff were so sweet and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The beach and pool were beautiful and great for swimming. The food in the restaurant was very good. This place was a relaxing escape from the touristy areas of Thailand. We did not have a vehicle but the hotel sent a car to pick us up and help set up a ride to the airport. If you were going to stay for more than 2-3 days, you may need to get a vehicle or scooter. We did not have kids with us...

"We enjoyed our stay at Sivalai Beach Resort very much. The staff are kind, observant and diligent. The facilities are highly maintenanced and both indoor and outdoor areas are kept clean, even the beaches are being swept, an effort that are highly apreciated. "We came to ko lanta in low season and the island seemed quieter than we expected. It gave us a chance to really relax around the beautiful resort based right on Klong nin beach. I’ve been impressed with the amount of staff busily doing their jobs. As an early riser, I’ve seen them sweep the walkways, scoop the leaves out of the pools and sweep the beach daily. "Incredible. Exceeded my expectations. Absolutely coming back here is I’m back in Lanta. Loved the area and hotel. Super quiet and comfy, plus very unique and situated in the jungle which I loved!!! My room was near the reception which was handy since some rooms are quite far. Breakfast was overpriced h recommend going elsewhere but nothing opens until 9am usually. Some awesome restaurants nearby! "

"This villa is amazing the pictures really do not show how amazing it is, I couldn’t believe the villa was all ours it was So huge with amazing views, the host Jobee was amazing organising scooters and taxi’s to and from the port for us. "This hotel had bedbugs. We had a reservation in the 3br suite and around 11pm discovered there were bedbugs infested in all 3 rooms. I struggled with posting this review because all of the the staff are so nice but I see the room is available for reservation again and it was a total nightmare to discover this and deal with sanitizing our things and finding a new place to stay in the middle of the night. "

"Fantastic property within walking distance of lovely bars and restaurants. Rooms amazing, lovely little touches eg beach bags, espresso machine, robes, we had one with with sea view which was by the pool and so convenient. food delicious and staff so lovely and friendly. Not got a bad word for the place, only thing that would have improved it for us was a better/another toaster at breakfast and smoking ban round pool! "
