" Jelaporn and I have visited Phuket on several occasions. The Centsra Grand Beach Resort on Karon Beach is a facility where all aspects are of superior quality. "We were able to get the last junior suite for a 3 night stay. The staff were out standing. The room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows. The buildings are starting to show some age. The breakfast buffet was a plentiful but is what you would expect from a resort breakfast. The beach was okay. "We absolutely loved the resort and only left it to eat dinners at the restaurant a block away. It was rainy, but with a jacuzzi pool attached to our patio we hardly minded. I imagine this hotel is nowhere near as nice if you are in an upper floor. The water features are what Sugar Marina is all about. Gorgeous rooms and super nice landscaping throughout. We did not travel with kids, but this is a great place for them, with an awesome kiddie pool and play zone."

"Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. We went here for a portion of our honeymoon in Thailand and it really was everything we had imagined it would be. Breathtaking views from our room and all around the property. Food is phenomenal , with a massive selection making it easy to never leave the resort. The beach has access to plenty of other restaurants and a busy walking street with shops and restaurants. The staff were incredible, special shout out to the Muay Thai class which was such an amazing experience to learn from a real fighter and it was free!!! Highly recommend if you're the type that likes to get some exercise on vacation. The koi ponds were stunning. The hotel offers a 2 seater side car motorcycle for rent which was so much fun. The roads on the island are in great condition and not very busy so its the perfect opportunity to try it out if you're not an experienced motorcycle rider. I could go on for a long time, but I think you get the jist of it. Just go here its worth it. Consider taking a ferry/speedboat from a pier if you dont want to do the compulsory speedboat or cant like in our case we were coming from Krabi. "
