"The location and public areas of the property are great. The lobby is gorgeous and the pool areas are lovely. Breakfast choices were ok but repetitive daily. The rooms themselves do show their age and are nothing special (apart from the view of the ocean we had). Cleaning was great though. We also noted that the poolside service was very slow and at the adult pool, there wasn't anyone to take orders in place of not having the QR code to scan and order. "I paid extra for all inclusive to find out it is only somewhat inclusive. They should only have a half board service all inclusive is a rip off and falsely advertised. I was accused of taking wash clothes I told them to check my luggage!!! I had to explain to them when the maid cleaned my room she took all the dirty linen she never replaced them. I had to call and ask for towels to be brought up. Definitely not pleased with the front desk staff, and those that weren't friendly until they saw me...

"Unique place right on the beautiful beach, the tide does go right out but this adds to the fun! Great little village within 5 mins walk for fantastic food a lot cheaper than the hotel! Boat trips are so much cheaper booked through a local too.the rooms are amazing & the staff are attentive however I’m not sure the rooms are cleaned properly as we found clumps of hair & nails that was not ours throughout our stay! Pool Bar staff are polite & pool was lovely in the heat. Overall an amazing place...

"Everyone on staff were soooooooo nice! I loved this stay!!!! I will say, the crowd was older than I expected it to be, I felt like one of the youngest people on the property, and I’m in my mid-30s! Overall, would stay again. Shoutout to Celyn who helped me with check-in!"
