"When we arrived we did not like the area, very busy road just outside the entrance. We did not read properly about the location of the hotel. It is not located in Rawai beach, but 10-15 minutes direction Phuket city, with the local bus. But when we learned to know the area, we found some nice restaurants, and spots. "Location is about 200m away from the main road so it was peaceful and quiet. Room was clean enough however there were lots of millipedes crawling in my room. TV was faulty but the receptionist arranged for it to be replaced after 2 days. Great customer service! Would recommend this place to everyone visiting Rawai!"
