"We enjoyed our stay at the Villas by Weekender due to how central the resort is to all the action of Lamai Beach. Once you walk out of the resort you're in the middle of everything with lots to see and due all within walking distance. The great thing is that while you're on the property itself, it's very quiet and you don't get all the noise from the street. Our bungalow was comfortable and the staff were very quick to fix a small repair required to our toilet. The only complaint we had was...

I booked a private 2 bedroom suite with private pool and they put me in a garden suite.... thank God I was traveling solo only for 1 night and not a week+ with my wife. "Very nice property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a specialty and wet cold washcloths when we arrived. The room was nice. Spa was amazing and totally worth the splurge. I would definitely stay there again. The restaurant had fabulous food and the breakfast buffet had about 150 different items."
