"This property is in a quiet street in the centre of town only a short walk from the main square and bars/cafes. It has all you need for a short stay. Mohammed, our host, was responsive and did all he could to make sure our arrival went well. Be aware of the parking rules. There is on street parking but the town is very strict on timings. "The property was spacious, this was a big plus. It was also on a quiet street, but not far away from the main road. Unfortunately I didn't receive the free upgrade I was promised on the phone, but the stay was still very pleasant."

"The staff made our stay very pleasant and comfortable as they were very friendly and helpful. Love their daily breakfast offerings. Location was perfect for my family and we walked to the city center almost daily. I would just like to suggest an exhaust fan in the bathroom so as not to make the room so stuffy after each use. We stayed in a 1BR suite, and for some reason, the power turned off on all the rooms when we switched off the lights from the bedroom. This meant our son cannot use any power (lights, tv, outlet) from the separate room, without turning back on the master light. Other than that, everything was perfect!"

"Second visit to this hotel, previous room at the front of the building with views overlooking the various landmarks of Brussels, a quiet room with a nice view. This time I stayed in the garden area which was at the rear of the hotel, also quiet and overlooking the gardens with calming sounds of birds etc. both nice options. Used the gym and enjoyed excellent breakfast options, fresh fruit, pastries, hot cooked options and a new breakfast menu on each table to select from, a nice improvement which included a Belgian waffle. Breakfast again was excellent. The location is ideal for short stays with a metro nearby to visit other parts of Brussels and easy 8 stops from midi station. This hotel area is quiet and very convenient for working at the EU HQ. It is easy enough to get to the other areas if needed by transport. A nice option for short stays in Brussels. Thanks again to the team "

"The hotel boasts impeccable aesthetics—stylish and thoughtfully designed throughout. Our room was exactly as pictured: cozy, comfortable, and the bathroom was a standout, featuring an epic shower for a hotel. The rooftop restaurant, Tope, was a highlight—both the food and the service were fantastic. However, the main restaurant, bar, and café located on the ground floor were a letdown—overpriced and fairly average. On the bright side, check-in and check-out were seamless, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great—an easy walk to Brussels’ main tourist spots and right next to a beautiful botanical garden, which was perfect for slower-paced mornings. This was my first stay with The Hoxton, and I’m genuinely impressed. The design and comfort of the rooms alone have made me a fan of the brand."
