There was a terribly loud noise that kept us awake for most of the night. i did call the front desk and they tried to figure it out. After a few hours it stopped but lasted approximately 6 hours. Was definitely a bad experience. Requested refund or a credit and was denied, will not visit again

We were checking in very late (actually a couple hours after midnight-NYE). I called the property earlier in the day to let them know and they said they would put a note on my reservation. When we arrived at 2:00am they had our key cards ready. We really appreciated our room being ready even tho we were arriving so late.

My stay was very good. This hotel is very very clean and well kept. The only issue was a noisy AC unit in the room that we had to shut off for sleeping. I would definitely stay here again.
