"The steps outside could use some repairs but overall room was comfortable and just on a beautiful mountain. Be aware roads are very windy and narrow to get up there and stop for food before you do. Was great for late night star gazing. The host was amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful. He lead a couple nights of star gazing and pointed out the Atlas Comet, several satellites and planets. He took a map out for us for Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon and pointed out all the most sees....

"The host is very responsive and gave detailed instructions on how to get to the place. We are up for the adventure and experience thus we decided to book the RV even though it’s in a remote area. It wasn’t that bad, the RV is in a good condition, there’s wifi, tv and heater. everything works alright and the sunrise view is amazing! Overall, it was okay and we had a pleasant stay. Thank ronald! "

"Sandy the caretaker was lovely and did a good job, going out of her way to place fresh flowers and write directions to the park entrance. It has a very nice view and is quiet and remote. Furniture is quality and comfortable. But cats took over the porch, there was no heat, no cell reception, and the well could run out of water at anytime. Be ready for remote living."

"Small but mighty property with many updates. Love the fact there were blackout blinds in the bedrooms, such a huge benefit. To add to our positive experience, we asked about a freestanding fan, they did not have one but quickly responded they put one in one of the bedroom closets for us ... how awesome is that! "

"I can honestly say I've never stayed in a cabin without a restroom or electricity and I heated it with the wood they provided which was very funlight were propane lights, lit with a match. However the drive up and down the Mt. Was at the least, not for the faint of heart...very rough on my car."

"the location is as promised very nice stream in the backyard only negative was most of the businesses were closed when we went in Janurary but the weather was very nice one other set back was a few of the sections at the sequoia national park were closed but it was just that time of the year I guess if you want to relax a few days this house is just the ticket one last thing they need extra pool cues for the pool table they just had one it was kind of weird playing with just one stick other than...

"I had to get out the city and wanted to explore Sequoia National Park without having to stay in some touristy hotel. This house was better than perfect. It was the right amount of secluded while also be close to restaurants and shops — and right next to Sequoia. Spending the day at the park, surrounded by tourists made coming back to this property to relax on the riverbank in seclusion and peace almost made the house itself the primary attraction of this trip. 11/10, would book again.
