"An entire wall of books greets you when you walk in. I think I stared at it for a solid minute when I got there. The property is wonderfully quiet and warm and welcoming. Because I was there in the winter I didn’t get a huge chance to use the courtyard, but it would be the perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee!"

"This property is half way between Fairbanks and North Pole. It is quiet and easy to get in and out of. It took us about 15 minutes to get to the shopping area in Fairbanks, but we were out and about every day anyway. We felt like this was a nice property for us. There were a few things we would have liked that were missing in the kitchen and the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, but we were very comfortable there."

Upon arrival, the path wasn't shoveled well enough for him to get to the door easily, but the owner and property manager were very responsive and accommodating. We could hear the tenants upstairs at night, but they weren't rowdy :-) Everything was clean. I was under the impression that there was a dining area - there was a table in the room where we slept. "The house is beautiful, kitchen, living room and all rooms are very clean and well decorated. the beds are very comfortable, too. The best part is we can view the aurora just from the big windows and/or patio. My son left his wallet in the room, Simone just sent it back to us with no charge, very appreciated. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Fairbanks next time."
