Stayed for a 4 day ski trip. It is close to the ski resort and the hotel runs shuttles frequently to and from the resort. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfasts were ready good! Great stay!

Hotel Vanessa provided an exceptional stay for our family in Switzerland. Their personalized concierge service greatly enhanced our experience, with tailored restaurant reservations and valuable skiing advice. The ski valet room was a convenient touch, simplifying our daily routines. Breakfast offered a delightful start to each day, while dinners introduced us to delicious local cuisine, including superb fondue and raclette. The room's balcony offered breathtaking views of the Swiss mountains, embodying the tranquility and beauty of our surroundings. The hotel's cleanliness, including a pristine sauna and jacuzzi, and thoughtful details like afternoon Swiss chocolates, contributed to the warm atmosphere. 到着の時からスタッフの方がとても気持ちの良い対応をしてくださりとても嬉しかったです。息子の誕生日の飾り付けをしてくださりありがとうございました。家族全員で来られなかったので少し寂しい誕生日になるかもしれないと心配していましたが、心温まる素晴らしいと思い出になりました。 お部屋の設備も不自由無く、朝食も素晴らしく満足です。 またヴェルビエに来たいと思います。

Freundlichkeit pur!

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Personal, insbesondere im Service, ist sehr gut geschult und überaus freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Eine riesiges Plus ist der Shuttle zu den Bahnen, der das Hotel kostenlos offeriert. Auch der Fahrer aus der Bretagne war äusserst zuvorkommend und nett. Alles in Allem war der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr positiv, obwohl sich die Preise für Schweizer Verhältnisse im oberen Limit befinden.

Understated but very comfortable

Practically located close to the slopes although the shuttle services was nice. Very attentive service and a large and comfortable room with all amenities you need. Ski locker and nice, but simple spa.For the price, we will definitely be back.
