"Horrible miscommunication experience. I booked this trip in September, 2023. I had all the confirmation and itinerary. It was paid off. I arrived at the property on December, 25, Christmas Day. The property was closed and no one was there to help. There was a piece of paper and an emergency phone number hanging on the door. I called and the lady just said: “sorry m’mam I can’t find your reservation”. I texted the phone number with the receipt, the payment and the itinerary. No luck. No one even...

"The room was clean and comfortable. The beach was amazing and the food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious. The hosts went above and beyond to take care of us, even trying to light a fire to keep the mosquitoes away while we ate outside. They were also very kind and let us leave our bags in the room after check out while we went on an excursion. I would definitely recommend this property, especially if you are on a budget."

"John has a great spot to stay that is clean, well equipped, close to the beach, town and airport. Nice setup plus he has his own car rental which makes the travels less stressful. John is a great communicator and has all the processes down to a science. Highly recommend. "

"Good property. It’s in an upscale area that is close to most attractions. Getting in and out of the property is a bit of a challenge as it directly on to a motor way that people are driving very quickly on. There is a mirror that allows the driver to see oncoming traffic, offering greater safety. Communication is top notch. The keeper responds in seconds. "

"NOT a resort. But, a wonderful location with beautiful views. Bring your own foodstuffs. Including salt and pepper…not going to find it here. WiFi was intermittent, power went off our first day here for three hours. Very close to Governor’s Harbour and GH airport."

Although we rented a car and checked out all the public beaches including those in Paradise Island, our favorite was the one closest to the rental. "This is a lovely well-furnished and comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood near the beach, with all the amenities we wanted. My wife and I would be happy to stay here again on any future trip to Harbour Island. The owner/manager is very responsive to any questions or issues that arise."

"Basically, you get what you pay for, if you want to be centrally located on Paradise Island and you are on a shoestring budget. BUT .... I only gave it a 3 star rating because the sliding door(s) need to be fixed, the outside area needs to be cleaned up and the toilet lid needs to be replaced. Those being completed I would give it a 4 star rating. I would not give it a 5 star rating because the neighbors let their dogs bark whenever they were out which was quite often. "The Lo Key cottage is in a perfect location, right on Coco Bay. Easy access to the municipal boat dock and turtle and stingrays. Also, 2 minutes from where we got off the ferry and picked up the golf cart. Host was very responsive!"
