"Horrible miscommunication experience. I booked this trip in September, 2023. I had all the confirmation and itinerary. It was paid off. I arrived at the property on December, 25, Christmas Day. The property was closed and no one was there to help. There was a piece of paper and an emergency phone number hanging on the door. "We stayed for a week and enjoyed the upscale residence (more of a house feel than condo or hotel) with every amenity you could want. The location on the beach and right next to Baha Mar was perfect for resort amenities without the resort feel. Staff was wonderful would highly recommend as an alternative to the resorts. Utilize the money saved to rent a car, explore the island and water!!"

"I stay at VRBO a lot all over the country and this was, by far, the best stay I have had. The cottage is perfect for 2 people, nice kitchen, sitting area with TV, and upstairs with comfortable bed and bathroom. Simone (host) was so very nice and thoughtful. She assisted with getting transport from the airport and around the island. Highly recommend!"

"Valorie's place was clean and comfortable to stay in. She was extremely responsive and very easy to talk to. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to walk around. Baha Mar is about a 20-25 minute walk away, but the walk just follows a straight path so not too strenuous. Overall, this was a great stay!"

Downtown only about 1.5 miles, so if you like to walk can be done."

"This property is beautiful, clean and quiet. It is a gem within Nassau. Only downside is there is only one restaurant here to eat at. It is very pricey and drinks are very pricey as well.
