"This is our first and definitely not our last to Baha Mar Grand Hyatt. ALL the staff were pleasant, friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the water park, the dining options, NYE entertainment and the Jazz club. Overrall, the staff were really the best we've experienced throughout the Caribbean. Thanks to everyone "

"King sure with a lagoon view was great. It was exactly what we were looking for. Not like the over crowded paradise island hotels. Only complaints:the hammock outside our room was broken, the housekeepers were loud, and one of the toilets clogged. Other than those, it was perfect"
