"The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. "We had a great stay. Staff was super sweet, however the hot tub/bath tub, was a major let down. It never had hot water and took almost two hours to fill. We tried to fill it 4 different times and always had the same problem. One night we even committed to waiting but by the time the slightly warm water finally filled the whole tub, it was cold. They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive. "The staff constantly went above and beyond. Everyone was so nice, the room was kept spotless and was fun to return to each day. The pool staff was very attentive, the drinks were great. The restaurant staff became like friends and welcomed us every day. The view was always amazing. We literally walked right up to the pyramids from the hotel and got to completely avoid any driving mess. The staff at the spa were great. So sad to have to leave. Thanks for a great trip"

"The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable and all of the service people were so very kind and helpful. The food left a little to be designed that might be my jet leg talking. Overall, a beautiful property and definitely a very reasonably priced stay."
