"The host sent very detailed instructions and left no room for confusion. Also sent a very friendly message at the end of the trip. I didn’t need to reach out for anything because everything was explained very well at the beginning. However, if I needed to reach out, I truly believe it would’ve been handled quickly and efficiently. The place was lovely and it is clear the host takes pride in the condo. The view was absolutely stunning. "

"Excellent communication, very clean residence, simple check in and check out. Two improvements: 1. The knob to turn the water on and select hot/cold in the tub/shower needs to be replaced. It does not function properly and we were not able to take a hot shower. 2. Make it clearer that the residence is apart of an apartment complex. This fact may not matter to some customers but it would have been a major component for other customers."

"We were in town for a couple days visiting family. We were not necessarily looking for downtown but if that was your goal it’s a great location. We enjoyed the cleanliness and it accommodated our family. The living room furniture is stylish but in my opinion not very comfortable. Everything else was 10/10. If back in the area we would rent again."

"Katrina, the host was very communicative sending updates and info periodically until the day of arrival. The condo was well appointed, having everything you’d need, including bathroom amenities, snacks and cleaning supplies! It was decorated in a very charming way, with little details that seemed thoughtful. The bedding was thick, comfortable and well made. "We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was in a nice location and we appreciated the various places to sit outdoors. Having a bigger car was definitely helpful for the gravel road up to the place. The location is great, with multiple hiking spots easily drivable from the property. Waking up to the cool mountain air in the mornings was a magnificent relief from the summer heat elsewhere in the South."
