"Property in perfect conditions, excellent facilities and super friendly and efficient staff. I was there during a typhoon level 3 alert. The airport was closed and a lot of clients got struck. The front desk, concierge and guest relations were simply amazing! The management did huge efforts to minimize clients’ discomfort. Amazing! "

"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent. Food was good and plenty of options. Yes there are a few - maybe 3 stray dogs on the beach but they do not bother you and the staff look after them and feed them. Well worth a stay and would go back again! Fabulous sunsets as well. "

"Thank you to all the lovely staff who work here that made our stay amazing. This hotel is located about 50 minutes from the airport. It’s tucked away and great for privacy. My husband and I stayed in the luxury ocean front pool suite. The view of the ocean from the balcony and infinity pool was tranquil and lovely to wake up to everyday. There is ample room for two people in this suite. Great storage in wardrobe to put all your belongings away. The dressing area includes two sinks and 4 big mirrors. The bathing area has a lovely shower with hamam and big bathtub to relax and take in the amazing views. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows could be better (I think you had the option to upgrade pillows, I just didn’t get round to it) full mini bar and snacks - as we don’t drink alcohol they changed the free wine bottle to a non alcoholic apple juice. The food menu in all restaurants were great, I believe there is something for everyone! The seafood is some of the best I’ve ever tasted, everything was so fresh. Our suite was cleaned 1-2x a day and two bottles of water were provided daily. Extra thank you to Zahra, Jayshri, Jagdesh and Aniketh for making our stay perfect. (Sorry for any misspelling) Minor improvements- adding a mirror into the main suite area as the lighting was quite dull in the dressing area when applying makeup. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend."
