Not happy
We were not aware that the booking made was not through The Capital Zimbali itself, and that the unit was privately owned. We had to wait 2 hours to gain entry to Zimbali due to the entry code that was not sent to us. We coukd not make use of Zimbali amneties, or order room service. The room had no cleaning service over the time we stayed there. The bath could not be used due to the plug that was leaking. The bathroom light turned off by itself. We paid more for this room which was advertised as a luxery apartment than what we normally pay when booking through The Capital Zimbali direct for the same room thinking it had more to offer. This puts The Capital under a bad name as the unit is in The Capital. Was expecting the same service we usually get from this establishment.
