"Ended up arriving later than expected to find no staff at the desk (beyond the 3:30 cut-off). Front doors locked and no answer on the phone to call. Turns out there were instructions (thru expedia) for the need to call if you were to be late. Once they called back (and someone let me in to the lobby) i was able to get a key to a room. "This is a beautiful hotel with modern rooms, coffee makers, and made service every day. To take advantage of the wonderful spa while you were there. I think the price is a little high, but it’s definitely worth it. My only observation negative is that it is a 1/2 to 1 mile walk to the shopping and restaurant areas. This may not sound far, but when it’s the dead of winter and dark outside, it is a consideration. Taxis in this city or quite expensive."

Felt the online key fob was annoying at first as we arrived early and it wouldn’t allow us to check in early.No person to talk to and we only realised the situation when the same thing had happened to other customers. Felt the bedroom was very small as had to climb over bed to get into.No space at all around bed.Also we were in an apartment on the main road and it was quite noisy with traffic and people clubbing opposite.I choose these apartments as the reviews...
