"Me and my boyfriend came here for his birthday. Staff were so friendly and the room was amazing. We went out to dinner and came back to the bar in the hotel afterwards. Overall, was a really good visit, easy to check in and check out, will definitely stay again. "

"Rooms have been decorated nicely since I last stayed a couple of things to complain one of my suitcases was opened in room nothing taken but someone opened it and check in time loads of people waiting to check in and only one person behind reception it’s a very busy hotel something wrong somewhere I had to complain and two more people came out "

"The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The full English breakfast was amazing, and the dining room has views of the River Thames. The hotel is within walking distance of Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Vauxhall Underground station. Would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity."

"The ‘cosy single’ was actually very good - the room had everything needed and the bathroom was well equipped. Big enough for one person, ideal for a single night stay. "

"Was not bad. Pretty central near Waterloo station. Family of 4 stay with one bedroom and sofa bed which took up too much space in living room. So not much space for 4 suitcases except entrance area. Eateries and supermarket convenience. Shared laundry handy. Bathroom gets wet from shower. Flush behind toilet seat & cover annoying. Housekeeping useful. 😐neutral face. Would try elsewhere if there's a next time in London"

"Delivered on their promise of clean, basic accommodation within walking distance of the west end. Those expecting caviar dreams on a hotdog budget are out of luck. Good choice for a 2 (maybe) 3 nite stay close to the action. I felt comfortable and safe there my entire stay"

"I love staying here - by the river and convenient for travel and walking on the river. Beds and sheets are super comfy and it is quiet. I like the water - still or sparkling available on each floor. Staff are friendly too."

"Outstanding and memorable stay. Great adventures, northern lights and family fun. Food options were limited, especially for dinner and the service ended at 9pm, which didn’t work when we were out on a husky adventure and missed out. BUT, the husky adventure was AMAZING! Overall, an incredible stay!"

"Very convenient location near Dominion Theatre and Oxford Street, tube and 176 bus stop very close that goes to Leicester Square and Strand/Covent Garden. Upgraded when checked in, lifts to room. Clean, good size room, lovely shower and clean facilities. One bar of soap and towels provided, no shampoo or body wash unlike other hotels. Tea, cofee kettle and fridge provided as well as a safe. "Nice but small rooms, new and fresh bathroom. I had a single city view room which was great, nothing to complain about. Location is extremely central, with most top tourist attractions within walking distance from the hotel. Good value if you want prime central London location. The hotel is in the immediate proximity of Victoria Bus & National Rail terminal, but room was still very quiet and it was in no way a nuisance."

"Overall it was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly all of them. Breakfast was tasty and the room was relatively nice, especially for the price. It could have been a bit bigger it was very small but that’s the only thing I could criticize. I think I will return if I ever go to London angain. Best regards"
