"On the whole, the National Hotel offered very good value for money as far as I was concerned. We were given a very attractive, spacious room, which was one of the best features of this hotel. The breakfast offered was adequate in that there was some variety and reasonably good quality. One staff member in particular, Greta, offered very good service indeed and demonstrated genuine care for all guests. "Hotel has a perfect location, just in the heart of Palanga. We had got a comfortable suite with a balcony to the view on Palangos church. Breakfast has a lot of choices and is really delicious. Morning spa access is a good idea. We had finished our stay here relaxed. The entrance to the underground garage is really steep. You have to drive carefully. But if you are lucky, you can get a street parking next to the building."

"The check in staff and restaurant staff were excellent. House cleaning for the room checked one day regarding cleaning. We didnt need anything that day, but the following day would have been nice since i did post clean room two days in a row. Food in the restaurant was very good. Easy walk to the beach. "We opted for this hotel based on parking availability. However we are pleased to report that our room was spacious and well equipped and at a good price. A full breakfast was included and we enjoyed Armenian food at the restaurant in the evening."

"Our stay was in late November there were few other guests the friendly staff ( All of Them ) were eager to engage and we had a hard time prior to arrival so their attention and delight rubbed off on us .
